Here at Sheeplands Self Storage we offer a wide range of storage options. From large sea grade containers for house contents, bulky items, business inventory and goods or tools to small 15sqft rooms for Christmas decorations or archive boxes. Both ideal for use in business or personal circumstances, we have options for all of your Self-Storage requirements. We also store a range of vehicles from Motorhomes and Caravans to Boats and Bikes. Our most recent award is UK’s No.1 Independent Storage Facility which we were awarded in 2024! We also won the FEDESSA Sustainability Award 2023 out of all storage facilities across Europe!

Storage Services For Every Need
VEHICLE STORAGE
All of our vehicle storage spaces are on hard standing, in designated compounds or zones and with high level 24hr monitored CCTV. All vehicles are required to have additional locks and must be insured to store on our site. Proof of ownership is also required.
CONTAINER STORAGE
We have over 400 seagrade containers, fully watertight, all on hard standing with drive up access. We offer 20ft containers (20ft in length, offering 160sqft of storage space) and 10ft containers (10ft in length, offering 80sqft of storage space.
BUSINESS STORAGE
From carpet companies needing to store their offcuts, tradesmen needing a safe and secure place to store their tools to small online businesses needing to store their inventory or large companies needing an overflow for their warehouses we can and do cater for all.
INDOOR ROOM STORAGE
You can choose from a variety of indoor room sizes to suit your requirements. Our smallest is 15sqft (similar to a broom cupboard) and we have 35sqft to 150sqft rooms. We have over 160 storage rooms in two purpose-built storage buildings.

CARBON NEGATIVE
- Our site office and onsite facilities are all powered by energy taken from our onsite Floating Solar system and heated by our onsite Biomass fuel system.
- We have a 50kw ground mounted system which has generated 50,000kw hours, plus a 100kw roof mounted solar system (top of containers), which has generated 100,000 kw hours per year.
- We installed Europe’s first ever commercial floating solar system capable of generating 200,000 kw hours per year which we have generated in full. We are so proud to be able to deliver an award winning Carbon Negative business.

When we have sufficient availability on unit or room type we are very happy to offer the following deals £1 for the first month of storage or a standard discount for long term customers who wish to pay their fees upfront. We also have a price promise where we are happy to review competitor pricing and match if the comparison is like for like. As you would expect all of our offers and promotions have terms and conditions attached to them and are subject to availability.

ABOUT US
Sheeplands Self Storage is part of WR Bennett, a 4th generation family run business, based on a lovely fruit farm and commercial hub in the small village of Wargrave, Berkshire. We have outdoor container storage, indoor room storage and we store caravans, motorhomes, RV’s, boats and motorbikes. We offer storage for personal and business use as our rates are much more cost effective than warehousing.
Our staff all live in the local community and our main goal is to make sure that everyone within our RG10 postcode comes to us first for their storage needs and that we give them what we call our ‘Sheeplands Hug’ to make that a stress free experience.
